Service disruption update
The recent service disruption was caused by a network connectivity issue with our hosting provider. We will be taking further investigative action with them to determine exactly what happened and how it can be avoided in future.
Service disruption
We have just experienced a disruption in our AMEEconnect service, on both live and staging platforms. This happened at around 00:23GMT and lasted around 10 minutes. We are not currently aware of the cause, but all services are now back to normal, and we are looking into the reasons behind it. Apologies for any problems you may have experienced.
